What would you change about Dwolla?

We have seen user activity rise quite a bit the last few months in Des Moines and that is exciting for us. Judging by the number of e-mails we know that people are finding some things quirky. As we work through a big UI update help us make sure we are not missing anything. So we’d like to know…

What would you change about Dwolla?

Here are some examples:

“Get into all 50 states and leave everything else the same.”

“I hate the check verification image.”

“It is unclear how I add my bank account.”

“I would like a directory of Dwolla merchants.”

“Have a presentation at the next meetup”

    After you finish the update I would change your overview from video to images.

    At work I can’t easily watch videos but screenshots are really helpful.

    How about a Dwolla card?
    And not just iPhone please – Android app too:)
    And allow personalization of the Hub Page.

    Account nickname. Remembering a long account number is hard, but telling someone to send money to “scHarvey” is easy.

    When signing up for an account, don’t make me fill out your entire form only to tell me later you don’t support my state. Ask my state first, maybe with an image map.

    Having just used it for the first time last night, it wasn’t immediately clear the steps I needed to take to request $$ from someone. In particular, the screen that asked for an attachment. I left that screen wondering it went through. I then later realized there was a next button.

    Assuming a long account number is a security “feature”, at least let me copy / paste it in (I use FF)

    Have a dwolla for dummies page. It’s hard to explain to other ppl.
    Have a page that compares dwolla to paypal.
    How easy is it to get the coding/link/picture to add dwolla to my website?
    Do you work with not for profit organizations?

    Get the entire country (50 states) to be able to sign up and I’m ready to use Dwolla’s services.
