  Wait, what? Speak out *against* campaign finance reform? As in the campaign finance system is OK as it is and should NOT be reformed? That’s the exact opposite of anything shown on the site you linked to. (Or is that the “ironic” bit?)

This tells me absolutely nothing about how the recipient will get the money, especially if they don’t have a dwolla account, or if they are not Americans, etc.

  If you moneybomb an email address, that email address will be sent an email saying that they’ve been sent money with a link to set up a Dwolla account and claim it. If you moneybomb a phone number, they’ll receive a text that they’ve been sent money with a link to set up a Dwolla account and claim it. As for international accounts – Dwolla can only support US customers at this time. We are, however, working to expand our markets.
